You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

How to Return a Product

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. WhatsApp us on 069 691 3518 or email info@onlinetechhub.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Receive return instructions. We'll provide you with a return reference number and instructions for sending the product back.

Ship the product back. Package the item securely in its original packaging and send it to our Edenvale address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Receive your refund or replacement. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days, or send a replacement if preferred.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a full refund or replacement at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold by Online TechHub come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies by brand and product (typically 1–3 years). Warranty claims after the 7-day return window must be directed to the manufacturer or their authorised service centre.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (EFT or PayFast).
