Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically dispatched same day (business days only).
Delivery is free on all orders. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprise delivery fees at checkout.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the following Monday.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your delivery.
We work with trusted South African courier partners including Courier Guy, Fastway, and similar services, depending on your location and the size of the order.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp on 069 691 3518.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
